With a background as a Curves franchise owner, she has always been passionate about helping women take charge of their health. She’s especially driven to support women through menopause, offering science-backed tools to build strength, confidence, and long-term vitality.

Based in LA and Orange County, she’s passionate about working with people and supporting their wellness journey through a holistic lens. At the center, she helps schedule members, guide them through modalities, and support their progress—she especially loves seeing members experience real results. Whether it’s helping someone find the right membership or cheering them on, she brings warmth, care, and sun girlie energy to every interaction.

Proud Seal Beach local, she’s a trail runner, hiker, and Pilates enthusiast who loves spending time with her three children, husband, and pets. As a coach, she’s passionate about helping members improve their bone density and overall health. What inspires her most is the kindness of the community and watching members progress week after week. For her, it’s all about being part of a warm, supportive space where health and connection thrive.

From Orange, California, he’s a coach at OsteoStrong, where every day brings a new opportunity to learn and grow. A U.S. Marine veteran with six years of service, he finds true fulfillment in watching members improve from day one—and hearing the incredible life stories they bring with them. Outside the center, he enjoys working out, hiking, running, and cooking.

Chris is a Long Beach local, born and raised. He is a session coach at OsteoStrong Seal beach location. He likes the spectrum machines because you get to see your bone strength in real time. He loves how everyone that he talks to about Osteostrong says that it is a great thing that energizes them and makes them feel better in some way. On his free time, he enjoys playing golf and basketball.

She was born and raised in Long Beach California (Go beach!) Adrianna works as the Sales and Communications of Osteostrong Seal Beach. She loves OsteoStrong's approach to allowing members to reach their goals through safe and natural methods, without possible harmful side effects. She loves hearing how much OsteoStrong has helped members get back to what they love with confidence. In her free time she loves the outdoors, performing aerial balance and other acts. She also loves spending time in her garden or with her cats and dog. She is happy to be a part of the OsteoStrong Team, and looks forward to working with members to further their bone health journey!
